The LCLAA (Labor Council for Latin American Advancement) Westchester County Chapter is devoted to advancing the rights and interests of Latinx workers and their families. It aims to create a strong, unified voice to advocate for fair treatment, safe working conditions, and access to quality education and healthcare.
The chapter works to empower Latinx workers to become leaders within their communities, increase voter participation and promote educational opportunities.
LCLAA Westchester County also promotes civic engagement and community outreach by partnering with local organizations, providing resources, and supporting initiatives that align with its core values. Through its work, LCLAA Westchester County seeks to create a more just and equitable society for all.
