LCLAA members are the heart of our advocacy and impact. Like the broader labor movement, LCLAA’s membership includes workers from every industry and sector of the economy. And like the Latino community, our members come from all walks of life.

While most of our members are also union members, anyone who shares our commitment to improving the lives of Latino workers may join as an associate member or student member.
